Experienced Anchor Africa Group trainers present short learning programmes at the workplace or other venues, if so preferred.

Training methodology includes  interactive, participative,  fun group exercises and  practical examples as well as quality assessment and moderation of learning outcomes.

Health and Safety in the workplace:

  1. Introduction to health and safety
  2. Advanced health and safety and legal compliance


Management development:

  1. Supervisory skills (one or two day programme)
  2. Management development programme (five day programme)
